iCervico

iCervico is an innovative system of prosthetic components that integrates digital technology to offer easy, predictable and biologically harmonized restorations, by bridging surgery with prosthetics.

It’s a system suitable for different clinical protocols:

  • Healing stage
  • Single unit prosthesis
  • Bridge (Multiple unit prosthesis)

The parts of iCervico:

  • iCervico Healer

Free rotation and customization of the iCervico healer. The iCervico healer can be oriented ideally on the i-base independent of the implant prosthetic connection /interface orientation, without affecting the digital protocol.
There are 22 prefabricated iCervico Healers to choose from that the clinician can further modify if needed.

  • i-base

One abutment for all stages of treatment

  • Direct scan post
  • Superior design for aesthetics
  • Innovative design for prosthesis retention
  • Functional with both analogic and digital protocols
  • Suitable for both single and multiple prosthesis

Abutment level prosthetic protocol

  • No unnecessary transgingival component disconnections that can lead to tissue recession
  • Easy evaluation of prosthetic component fit during all restorative stages; simplifying restorative process of conical connection implants.
  • Allows up to 30 degrees angulation correction (short AR/R – sleeve required)

Multi-purpose sleeves

  • AR – Sleeve | Anti – Rotational

Suitable for single unit prosthesis

– Quad-surface conical geometry

– Allows precise and anti-rotational fit onto the i-base

  • R – Sleeve | Rotational

Suitable for multiple unit prosthesis

– Circular geometry

– Provides ease for multiple unit prosthesis path of insertion

Retention screw

New-generation holding screw made of Ti6Al4V alloy with a diameter of M1.6 (similar diameter to TI-BASE) allowing a screw torque of 30 N/cm. Fixes up to 30 degrees angle in a 360 degrees direction.

ACCESSORIES

Lab analog – Impression screw

iCervico lab analog

  • One analog for all i-base options
  • Compatible with both analogic and digital protocols
  • Innovative design for accurate positioning into the 3D printed models

Impression screw

  • Optional long screw for closed-tray impression technique (Utilize with AR-Sleeve)
