Ariston Dental BioGel Maker

Alb-PRF preparation device that extends the resorption of PRF from approximately 2 weeks to more than 4 months1

A new technique involves the heating which follows centrifugation where the platelet poor plasma (PPP) layer is heated at specific temperatures to donature and reorganize albumin. This drastically extends the working resorption properties of PRF.

When heat is applied albumin denatures, transforming liquid PRF into a tridimensional structure. By heating and denaturing albumin, transforms liquid PRF into a tridimensional structure. The heating process consists of a pronounced modification in the surface structure of albumin with its resorption properties favoring more stability when implanted back into host tissues.

The Ariston Dental BioGel Maker Machine is a best designed product controlled by a microprocessor. It can be widely used for the preservation and creation of the samples, PRP gel preparation, the amplification of DNA, the pre-denaturation of the electrophoresis and blood serum coagulation.
