Summary:
Tissue behavior in the dual zone depends on the biological space that is created, to maintain and preserve the marginal bone crest. The organization of fibroblasts, collagen fibers and the capillary network around the abutment-crown complex is fundamental for the feeding of peri-implant bone tissue and depends on the space that is granted at the time of restoration.
Objectives:
The main objective is to understand the biology of the dual zone and how to promote the stability of peri-implant tissues over time.

Η εισήγηση αυτή αποσκοπεί στη συνειδητοποίηση των απαιτήσεων και των δεδομένων της σύγχρονης γνώσης για την οστική ανάπλαση της ατροφικής οστικής ακρολοφίας προκειμένου να γίνει προβλέψιμη και ασφαλής αποκατάστασή της με μακροχρόνια καλά αποτελέσματα.
Θα παρουσιαστεί βήμα προς βήμα κλινική ανάλυση περιστατικών οστικής ανάπλασης ατροφικής φατνιακής ακρολοφίας άνω και κάτω γνάθου από απλές περιπτώσεις μέχρι σύνθετα και πολύπλοκα περιστατικά.
Παρουσιάζονται και αναλύονται οι διάφορες τεχνικές οστικής ανάπλασης και υλικά όπου και θα γίνει συγκριτική εκτίμηση αυτών παρουσιάζοντας τα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα εκάστης και πως έχει τελικά διαμορφωθεί η κλινική γνώμη του ομιλητή σύμφωνα με τη μακροχρόνια κλινική εμπειρία του, ώστε οι συμμετέχοντες να είναι σε θέση ανάλογα με το επίπεδο γνώσεων και την δική τους εμπειρία να αποκομίσουν μια αποκωδικοποιημένη κλινική γνώση.
Επίσης σκοπός της παρουσίασης είναι να εντοπιστούν και να αναλυθούν προβλήματα ώστε να καθοριστούν τακτικές πρόληψης και επίλυσης αυτών.
